Patient Payments

We accept cash, checks, HSA/HRA cards, and all major credit cards including: VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also accepted. 

Please make all checks payable to: "Scott County Physical Therapy" or "SCPT" and include your patient account number on the Memo line, which can be found on your billing statement.
